Applying for a trade account

If you are interested in becoming a stockist of STETCH products, you can apply for a trade account by clicking here.

Please note: If you plan to sell our products online, they must be sold exclusively through your own website. STETCH products may not be listed on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or Etsy without prior written permission..

Process

To place an order, simply complete and return the order form to orders@stetch.co.uk. Once received, we’ll confirm your order and send a pro-forma invoice—usually within 24 hours.

For new stockists, payment is required prior to dispatch. For returning stockists, orders will be invoiced in line with your agreed payment terms.

Orders are typically dispatched within 10 business days of confirmation. Please note that lead times may be longer during busy seasonal periods.

Minimum orders and shipping

All products have a minimum order quantity of 6 units.

For UK Mainland stockists:

• Enjoy free standard delivery on orders over £100

• Orders under £100 will incur a £9.99 delivery charge

Please note: All orders are placed on a firm sale basis.s.

Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer, as well as all major credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay.

Invoices must be settled in line with your agreed payment terms.

All goods are supplied at our current list prices.

Returns & discrepancies

Please notify us of any discrepancies or items damaged in transit within 7 days of receiving your order.

All STETCH products remain the property of STETCH until full payment has been received.

Exclusivity

Exclusivity would only be offered in exceptional circumstances.
